History

Tinson Opticians is an established independent Opticians and contact lens centre.

The business was started by John Tinson in 1984 with a small practice in Mill Street, which was soon outgrown and we moved to our present site in Middle Row around 30 years ago. 

We have grown over the years to become one of the leading independent Opticians in Maidstone. We have a large loyal customer base, with a diverse age range from 3 to 103,  many of whom have been with us from the start.
